Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone with strong background in automotive electrical systems and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) to oversee and drive the quality assurance efforts related to quality assurance efforts. This individual will support the Quality & Customer Satisfaction team at their site in Greensboro, NC.
The Quality & Customer Satisfaction team ensures the product quality performance within a determined scope through investigating and prioritizing market product quality issues.
The Product Quality Engineer secures the voice of the customer in the problem-solving processes through investigation & knowledge management.
This demands high levels of product/commodity knowledge, along with problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work with global colleagues across the engineering, manufacturing, purchasing & field service network. This role is specifically dedicated to the electrical commodity. This role is also responsible for achieving product quality goals and metrics for fault frequency and warranty costs.
