Responsibilities

 

Maintain calibration procedures.Coordinate special projects for the QA Department, as necessary.Maintain and ensure accurate measuring and testing systems. Set up equipment and/or implement new test methods in the quality department. Perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), by use of gauge correlation and gauge repeatability and reproducibility (GRR). Compile data into statistical formats that will aid in problem solving and/or continuous improvement. Lead or assist in customer complaint investigations. Work in partnership with the production team to devise appropriate corrective action to prevent recurrence. Write appropriate root cause and corrective action investigation reports. Extract appropriate data from internal containment system and customer complaint databases. Gather and analyze external complaints and internal containments to derive better corrective actions and/or team investigations. Lead production team in large scale investigations with intent to drive sustainable corrective actions. Knowledge of location of C-Pro in system and C-Pro procedures.Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and Department of Health requirements.

 

Qualifications

 

College degree, CQE or equivalent Quality experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.Working knowledge of C-Pro, Ignition, Six Sigma, Excel, Minitab, and Team Building. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to lead employees in positive manner. Experience in Material preferred.
