Quality Assurance Evaluator - Contact Center
Overview At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! Our contact center is seeking a Quality Assurance Evaluator. This position is vital to the success of our brand as you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have positive experiences by evaluating the interactions they have with our Customer Contact Center Specialists. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Full-time available shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Mandatory extra hours as required based on business needs. Compensation: $16.50 / hour Next available start date: February 24th Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.
