Quality Assurance Executive

Perform rigorous quality checks and controls to ensure food products are safe and compliant with health standards. Test food samples in Chemistry and Microbiology. Work closely with other team members and suppliers, including QA, FoodTech, Engineers, and relevant teams, to enhance product quality and safety. Conduct sampling, food audits/inspections at suppliers’ sites according to company guidelines/checklists. Prepare reports and follow up on action plans from audits or inspections. Stay updated on the latest trends and scientific advancements in food technology and nutrition. Evaluate and verify product compliance against set specifications, including nutritional, appearance, taste, texture, odor, and color standards. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Nutrition. A good understanding of food/laboratory testing, including Chemistry and Microbiology. Knowledge of Halal, Kosher, HACCP, FSSC, ISO procedures will be an advantage. Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in relevant fields. Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, vendors, and potentially clients.

This position is for a 1-year contract subject to renewal Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday Location: Joo Koon Circle, SingaporeA bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Nutrition. Being bilingual in Chinese will be a great advantage.
