Job Description QUALITY ASSURANCE: Implement initiatives to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and enhance the quality of audits, to improving accuracy, compliance, and overall operational effectiveness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct Customer Journey Reviews and Transactional Quality Audits (Explore efficient and effective ways in conducting the audit by leveraging on automation and AI)

Proactively engage and contribute QA insights to enhanced or proposed processes ensuring seamless implementation and optimized efficiency

Conduct periodic review of quality standards and requirements with B2B CXA and appropriate support team/s to ensure QAs reference/s stay relevant and updated.

Implement integrated ticketing systems or issue tracking tools that streamline the process of monitoring audit findings and assigning corrective actions to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on quality audit programs, risk management, and process improvement.

In-depth understanding of telecommunications and IT products, services, and operations.

Proven track record in leading and managing quality improvement projects, with the ability to deliver results within set timelines and budgets.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create detailed reports to drive quality decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex quality concepts to a broad audience, including stakeholders, team members, and customers.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle complex issues and implement effective solutions.

Graduate of any 4-year course with experience in Quality audit program and framework
