Maintain NCMR systemMaintain calibration systemRespond to customer requests and complaints as necessaryCoordinate special projects for the QA department as necessaryEnsure accuracy of Quality recordsMaintain microbiological testingProvide training needs of QA employeesPerform annual Gauge R&R studiesMaintain quality recordsMust perform any required functions in the absence of the QA ManagerAuthority to stop a press due to a safety issueAuthority to place product on hold when product is suspect or nonconformingAuthority to escalate NCMR’s up to Management levelAuthority to use metal detector to validate sample detection using sample casesPut continuous emphasis and clarity around EHS expectationsConfirm and reconfirm safety as the number 1 valueSet goals for QA department: achieves goals and ensures that all employees understand and work towards achieving goalsOther projects as necessary Qualifications High School diploma / GED equivalent and have the ability to calculate parts requirementsStrong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyGood color perceptionProven ability to lead employees in a positive mannerWorking knowledge of SPC and ISO9001 Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
