In return for hard work and dedication, our goal is toprovidea safe, productive, and enjoyable workplace for every employee. **Job Title:** Quality Control Inline Code Inspector **FLSA Status:** Non-exempt **Summary: Inspect Homes to ensure that they are built to Code, they are PFS approved, and have a good quality.** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Inspect Daily for quality, appearance, and code items. This is done on line in varying stations. + Mark areas of home that need repair or additional work. Call Supervisors to come repair any issues. Red Tag Homes if they need fixed off line before shipment. + Re-Inspect homes that need more serious repairs + Keep a daily LINE WALK log to help identify repeats for the Plant Manager and QC Manager. + Log in the CCI items from the PFS write ups and email the report out as needed. + Copy RTS pictures over into the Shingle Inspections need done at least once a week. M: drive every week. Cover RTS as needed. + Shingle Inspections need done at least twixw a week. **Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
