Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality CMM Inspector to join their team in Camarillo, CA. This role involves performing dimensional and visual inspections of machined and cast parts using CMM equipment and other precision tools to ensure compliance with industry and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional and visual inspections on castings and machined parts using CMM and manual toolsInterpret technical drawings and GD&T specificationsDocument and communicate inspection resultsConduct First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9102 (preferred)Collaborate with operators and Quality Manager to support process improvementsUse software tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for documentation and communication

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of mechanical inspection experienceMinimum 2 years of CMM inspection experienceStrong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretationProficient with calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with Mitutoyo CMMs and AS9100/ISO 9001:2015 systems is a plus

Pay & Schedule:

$20–$25 per hour, depending on experienceMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays may be required)
