Work hours: 5:30AM-4:00PM

Responsibilities:

Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand product requirements.Inspect, test, or measure materials and products using rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.Document inspection outcomes accurately in detailed reports and performance records.Reject products that do not meet quality standards and record reasons for rejection.Report inspection and test data to production teams.Maintain thorough records of inspections, materials, and processes.Collaborate with production teams to discuss inspection results and recommend process improvements.Resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.



Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role.Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a time-sensitive environment.Strong numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.Attention to detail with a results-driven approach.Technical writing skills.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work independently and as a leader in a team environmentKnowledge of ERP systems.Understanding of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T).Experience with advanced electronic inspection equipment.
