About the Role

Responsible for execution of functional testing to ensure that business processes, policy compliance, and system usability are enhanced, intact, and not negatively impacted by software solutions.
This role represents our business user and work closely with cross unit in IT department to provide user acceptance on software deliverables.

 1. Preparing UAT test cases

2. Handling UAT execution

3. Handling UAT defect management

4. UAT results walkthrough to business users

5. Identifying requirement gaps and sharing with BA

6. Assisting sales teams with ALPA and IPOS

UAT Test case preparation is the key activity, it requires deep understanding to business and user requirements, based on the understanding test cases will be prepared and shared with business users and business analysts for sign-off.

Test case execution is another key activity, this helps validate the functionality developed using test data.

Defect management to ensure the defects raised with detailed information and development teams resolved them within timelines to avoid delays in project go-live timelines.

Test results walkthrough and seeking UAT sign-off is one of the key activity, this helps to reduce workload to business users and helps them to not impact their day to day activities, further this process will provide the confidence to provide the sign-off.

Supporting Sales teams with ALPA and IPOS is critical to business, many times the agents will struggle to understand the ALPA and IPOS during their sales journey, example agents generally struggle to perform remioe signature, and seek support from QA to advise.
