Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Job Purpose   

•            Ensureseffective implementation of the Qatargas Project Management Systems (QGPMS)through the Project Quality Plan and Quality Processes.

•            Assurethrough Quality monitoring and measurement the implementation of QGPMS &EPCI Contract Quality Requirements, Leading Quality Audit Programs, QualitySurveillance and Quality Self-Assessments.

•            Develops,Implements  External and Internal Project Audit Programsand TIV Program.

•            Providingcontinuous support, coordination and advice to the North Field ExpansionOffshore Project Head of QA/QC Procurement on quality issues concerning PMTdiscipline execution and the oversight of Contractors/Suppliers.

•            Developnecessary Quality Procedures, Plans,Work Instructions and provides qualitysupport and guidance to the NFXP Offshore PMT.

•            Supportsplanning and implementation of Project Technical Integrity Verification Programto allow achievement of Safety Case Objectives.

Qualifications:

·      Preferred BSc in Science or Engineering or equivalent significant experience, preferredDiploma in Quality Assurance from a recognized Quality Institute and/or IRCAISO 9001 Lead Auditor Acceditation & Valid ISO 9001 Lead AuditorCertificate.

·      Professional Quality Engineer with 10 years ofQA/QC experience in fabrication, construction, commissioning of Jackets,Topsides and Pipelines for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.

·      More that 8 Years Experience facilitating,coordinating and supervising implementation of Technical Inetrity VerificationSchemes with EPCI and Nominated, Independent Third Party Verification Bodies inline with Safety Case and Regulatory Regime requirements.

Experience

·      More than 8 years’ experience in the developmentand delivery of External & Internal Audit Programs along with QualitySurveillance Programs.

·      Shall have a proven track record or deliverancein challenging project environments in a Senior QA Role.

·      Successfully completed International OffshoreProjects from FEED to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Handoveractivities.

·      Previous experience of working within amulti-cultural, multi-discipline, multi-location environment.

·      Good appreciation of quality planning, TIVprograms and risk management.
