Clover Leaf is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team, acting as the owner’s representative and leading contracted project quality assurance inspectors. The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure that the project meets all quality goals and objectives. This role involves ensuring adherence to contract documents, drawings, and specifications to guarantee the highest levels of project quality.

Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the quality assurance efforts on behalf of the owner, ensuring that construction and project management adhere to the highest standards. This individual will work closely with inspectors and project teams to ensure that all elements of the project are executed according to specifications and contract documents. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction or project management, possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and be able to obtain or possess certifications required to meet the project’s demands.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the owner’s representative, leading contracted project quality assurance inspectors to execute the project according to GPO’s goals and objectives. Ensure project quality adheres to contract documents, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate closely with the COR to align on quality standards and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership and oversight to ensure project compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. Lead quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure continuous adherence to project quality goals. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or project management, or 15 years of experience in lieu of education. Demonstrated leadership in managing project quality assurance within construction or related fields. Ability to interpret and ensure adherence to contract documents, technical drawings, and specifications. Preferred Licenses/Certifications: One of the following certifications or licenses is preferred: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Engineer (P.E.) American Institute of Architects (AIA) Architecture license. Additional Requirements: USACE Construction Quality Management certification is required within 30 days of contract award.
