Overview of the job
In this role, you would be building QA mastery and expertise within a sector or BU to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. You would train and coach site and system leaders on corporate, sector/BU and regulatory requirements.
Facilitates and enables partnerships with appropriate functions e.g., Engineering, SMO, Market, R&D, etc. to implement effective work processes, eliminate losses and reduce risk.

Job Description
Ensure compliance to GDP as per local regulations.
Assisting with the compilation, review and updating of QMS Documentation, including but not limited to local procedures, policies and supporting documents.
Developing and maintaining an accurate filing system.
Keeping filing up to date, and secure.
Maintaining a neat and well-organised documentation system.
Photocopying, scanning & binding of documentation.
Use of electronic tools like Viva Q1, Ennovia for data management and eQMS .
Complaint management for the country as per P&G process.
To provide and ensure a high level of service, to internal and external customers through proper product knowledge, supplying accurate information timeously, and provide good communication with other departments
Co-operate internally with multi-functional team like sales / distribution / warehousing and externally with regulatory authorities.
Job Qualifications
Location of work is at DC in Karawang.
Qualified Pharmacist registered with BPOM
3-4 years QA or experience in manufacturing industry and/or warehousing will be advantageous
Registered Pharmacist with 3 to 5 years of experience in GDP and Market QA
