We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (Manufacturing/Product Quality) based out of Lomondgate site in Dumbarton.

What you’ll do:
The quality manager will lead and develop a team of quality engineers, technicians and inspectors.
Ensure sustainable implementation of high standard Quality Management Systems end to end processes and audits and ensure high standards of assurance.
Own the reporting of the “Cost of Poor Quality” in all our processes and delivery of efficiencies and reduction of these events.
Lead and develop the quality standards from up and down stream process to ensure increased production quality.
Responsible for quality, ISO and audits, lead and close out of any actions, NC’s or MNC.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Strong experience within a quality vertical from a production/manufacturing/engineering environment.
A team player with excellent leadership and people management skills.
Proven experience in leading a team.
Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of working within ISO9001 quality management standards (ISO45001/50001 would be beneficial).
Industry experience of Production Control and Control Measures.
Present a keen eye for details and a passion for continuous improvement.
