Quality Assurance Manager
Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team. The QA Manager will monitor the program’s performance against quality metrics, including the quality of both our development processes and the product produced If you are ambitious, dedicated and motivated by the chance to lead the QA process for a complex client engagement working with both client and CGI Federal Quality requirements, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This position can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Documents and manages the project team's adherence to quality metrics as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and as required internally by CGI
• Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control documents and protocols.
• Collaborates with other functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of functionality.
• Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes; conducts quality assurance tests;
• Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
• Prepares reports and makes recommendations
• Develop contract deliverables in timely manner.
• Monitors, tracks, and assist with mitigation plans for all program Risks and Issues

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree OR 10 years of related experience can be replaced along with a HS diploma/GEDC.
• ň+ years of leading experience related to Quality and focused on Quality Management.
• Proven client management skills
• Experienced with Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework
• In-depth understanding of QA disciplines, processes, methods, tools, and leading industry practice.
• Detail oriented including thoroughness and rigor in adhering to and implementing processes.
• Experience in leading and working with distributed teams of QA professionals including offshore teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams including Senior Management and project teams in a dynamic team environment.
• Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality, and reliability.
• Due to the nature of this US Government contract, all candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• Familiarity Quality Control standard operating procedures
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $111,600.00 - $219,600.00.
