Run point with the FDA, NSF and USP audits Oversees QA Operations – releases for finished products and raw materials.Troubleshoot any questions around product qualityRun the RCA – root cause analysis Handle all of the regulatory audits – 3-5 audits per year also including customersAudit techniques – need to conduct internal audits to ensure the team is prepared Working with vendors and 3rd party manufacturers that need to be audited as wellUnderstand vendor certifications and how we can partner with them Need to be a good mentor and good trainerUnderstand the current talent of the team and know how to create development and training plans Provide feedback real time and not wait until year end to give feedback

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
