Key Responsibilities  

Quality Assurance Support:

Support the Site and Legal Entity in preparing the SOP's, work instructions and overall document management and keeping the Quality Management System up to date and support Change Management on local level in accordance with the applicable Quality Standards.Contribute to continually improving the Quality Management System and the business processes, support the site in maintaining the HACCP system.Support and/or conduct batch record reviews, customer complaint investigations, deviation reports, investigation reports and root cause analysis.Educate and coach operations personnel on the criticality of GDP activities, ensure that quality procedures are enforced and give guidance to local management of best practices.

Auditing and quality control:

Facilitate internal and external audits with the Quality Assurance Manager and support compliance with customer and authority requirements.Conduct root cause analyses, propose corrective/preventive actions, and contribute to complaint management, including CAPA and trend analysis.Collect and analyze data for Q&A reports, support labeling processes, and ensure continuous improvement through PDCA.

You Bring  

Comprehensive understanding and adherence to quality requirements for feed ingredients, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetic active ingredients, pharmaceutical excipients, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes, Physical Distribution, Transport, and Warehousing, as well as general management practices and processes.Sound knowledge of quality management systems, including GDP and ISO9001.Excellent communication skills, demonstrating diplomacy and a positive attitude to promote critical and creative problem-solving.Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Professional command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
