We are seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Monza, Province of Monza and Brianza, Italy. As a world-class leader in serving science, we are dedicated to making a difference in the world by helping customers find cures for cancer, protecting the environment, ensuring food safety, and delivering COVID-19 solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of quality assurance processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:Prepare and assess commercial product releases for compliance with specificationsInvestigate and identify root causes of process deviationsManage customer complaints and identify appropriate corrective and preventive actionsSupport in the preparation and management of customer and regulatory auditsOperate in strict adherence to quality standards and company policiesRequirements:Degree in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field, or equivalent experience in the same domains.Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and quality controlFamiliarity with GMP/FDA regulationsProficiency in written and spoken Italian and EnglishStrong teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills
