About this Role

Brink Constructors, Inc.

 

QA/QC specialists ensure that electrical installations meet safety standards and contribute to the successful completion of energy projects. QA/QC specialists work closely with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and procurement personnel, to address quality concerns and ensure consistent quality throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Position requires 100% travel throughout the Midwest as a field based role

What You'll Do Developing and implementing quality control processesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality concernsReviewing and updating quality documentation and proceduresServes as main contact point for all field and subcontractorsReporting all QA/QC updates to leadership, customer, additional teams as neededMonitor contract performance against project milestones, budget, and other established metricsMaintain accurate records of quality-related information and update documentation What You'll Bring

Required:

Experience in QA/QC processes, inspections, and auditsStrong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols is essential.Familiarity with quality control methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysisKnowledge of relevant industry standardsEffective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholdersAbility to troubleshoot issues and propose solutionsCollaboration is crucial in this roleValid, Active Driver’s LicenseValid, Active DOT Medical Examiner’s Certification

Preferred:

Prior experience in the electrical utilities industry; power distribution, renewable energy, or electrical constructionBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a related field
