Quality Assurance Representative | Office Clerk
General Description

Provides business office clerical assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Writes, types, or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks,or other documents, copying information from one record to another. Copies data and compiles records andreports. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using acomputer. Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks. Opens androutes incoming mail, answers correspondence and emails and prepares outgoing mail. Greets and assists visitors.Answer telephone, direct calls and take messages. Collects and distributes paperwork from one department toanother. Sorts, marks, tabulate, and files articles and records. Delivers items to other units and departments.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education + 60 Bachelor's Degree Credits Approved in Accounting or FinanceExperience

At least one year of related experience.

Other Qualifications Knowledge of accounting principles. Ability to think critically and analytically. Ability to integrate and apply accounting knowledge to the analysis of operational and financial processes. Computer oriented including knowledge on Microsoft Office applications with special domain in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, both oral and written.
