Job Summary
As a Bilingual Quality Assurance Representative, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our clients and customers are happy with our service. This means that you will be checking our calls and web chats, working with our teams and clients to make sure we are following all rules, and escalating mistakes and problems as needed.
Responsibilities
• Review customer interactions via phone and web chats to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with regulations
• Collaborate frequently with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on policies and improve consistency
• Monitor for violations or errors, document incidents, and report them as needed for investigation and resolution
• Use problem-solving techniques to identify and address quality issues, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction
• HS Diploma, AS degree preferred
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Call center experience is a plus
• Good communication
• Problem-solving skills
