Quality Assurance Services Associate ( **Job Number:** QUA000013 ) **Description** **ABOUT THE COMPANY** AZADEA Group is a premier lifestyle retail company that owns and operates more than 40 leading international franchise concepts in fashion and accessories, food and beverage, home furnishings, sporting goods, multimedia and beauty and cosmetics across the Middle East and Africa spread across 13 countries overseeing more than 700 stores. **JOB PURPOSE** The Quality Assurance Services Associate at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the consistency of services provided by ABS, aligning them with company standards and complying with internal and external regulations. He/she will uphold comprehensive quality control of the company's products, focusing on reliability, performance, and meeting customer expectations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Assist in the implementation of the quality assurance framework throughout ABS. + Engage with relevant stakeholders to comprehend existing or necessary/requested policies. + Contribute to the creation of associated workflows, templates, and comprehensive process documentation. + Participate in documenting, tracking, processing, distributing, and archiving of controls in adherence to internal and external requirements. + Oversee the revision, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Update and manage logs and databases related to quality assurance operations, generating metrics as required. + Ensure that products and services align with the established standards set by the company. + Contribute to quality measurements aimed at tracking product improvement and the development of quality assurance standards and company procedures. **Qualifications** **LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS** **Language Proficiency** + Fluency in English. + Fluency in French is a plus. **Technical Skills** + Proficiency in MS Office. **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, or a related field. **EXPERIENCE** Zero to two years of experience in a similar role. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** **Customer Focus** Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
