Graduate or Trade/Technical School Certification in mechanical stream.
3-5 years of relevant experience in oil field.
Good understanding of ISO &API Standards.

Ensure that quality parameters are being met as per the organizational/customer
requirements at all stages of manufacture/repair.
Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve systems to ensure customer
satisfaction with our products and services.
Ensure that documents are recorded verified, approved, and filed.
Monitor customer feedback and take necessary corrective & preventive actions to improve
customer satisfaction.
Oversee the work of Quality Assurance, ensuring adequate resources and appropriate systems
are in place to ensure compliance with all accreditations such as API/Q1/ISO9001 latest
edition requirements, thread licenses, and appropriate international and industry standards.
Support the continual improvement of the integrated management system by expressing best
practices.
Compile data analysis, scorecards for monthly, and quarterly reports.
Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality systems through internal auditing.
Coordinate audits by external bodies, ensuring that the team is well prepared for the audits.
Review all conformance reports, both internal and external to ensure that appropriate
corrective and preventive actions are put in place wherever possible to eliminate root causes.
