Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsible for driving continuous improvement of the core functions within the Patient Financial Services (PFS) operation to ensure quality is maintained while efficiency is optimized. Provides direct ownership and accountability to source, obtain, process, audit, and analyze Revenue Cycle colleague's quality of work for assigned PFS operation. Responsible for the review, measurement, analysis and reporting on the quality of work being performed by Revenue Cycle colleagues across all key functions including Billing & Follow-Up, Customer Service, Payment Resolution, and Payment Posting. Provides root cause issue analysis and trending of quality review results, and delivers feedback to the PFS leadership teams, on the job trainers and training teams to incorporate into ongoing colleague feedback, training and support needs in support of continuous quality improvement efforts. Serves as a subject matter expert and key support function within an assigned PFS location across all functional areas of the operation. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Cycle.
