Quality Assurance Representative II

Our work depends on Quality Assurance Representative II joining our team to engage with the work force, provide training, re-enforcement, and surveillance of adherence to of policies, procedures, and instructions.

● Conduct surveillance of installation activities and provide feedback to operations teams and management on the status of compliance with policies, procedures, and instructions.
● Provide training and guidance to installation teams for compliance.
● Engage daily with operations to understand installation status.
● Participate in daily meetings with the installation team to understand the progression of work.
● Be thoroughly familiar with statements of work, work packages, and test and inspection plans to guide the installation team in completion of required checkpoints and submission of required reports.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: High School Diploma/GED/Associates Degree/Technical Skills Education
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: NDT Level II VT or Electrical Quality Control Inspector
● Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance
● Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, Microsoft office proficiency, ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures, and instructions.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $23.80 - $32.20. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
