About the role

Developing an understanding of regulatory and compliance issues within the Long Tail business, reducing potential negative impacts on the organisation

Understanding the risks and associated controls in the Long Tail business and supporting the business to monitor performance and adherence to our internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Completing reviews to support the quality management framework, including relevant Business Plans and the Personal Injury claims strategy

Supporting our Management Team to identify and manage risk issues and incidents within timeframes, escalating when necessary, and supporting the business to assess the effectiveness of management plans.

Contributing to action plans from internal audits and quality management reviews and supporting the management team in providing feedback on business trends, training gaps, and maintaining high performance with a focus on customer centricity

Working with our Regulators by participating in self-assessments and providing support to the Regulator during on- or off-site audits. Responding to audit results and provide support to the business where improvement plans may be required.

 

About you

Demonstrated experience in a Personal Injury claims management environment with an understanding of the key phases of the claim's lifecycle combined with the ability to support the business and stakeholders on decisions or directions.

Willingness to learn about our regulatory obligations and work across multiple CTP business units where required.

Pays high attention to details by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and can identify errors inconsistencies within information quickly.

Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
