Location: Gönen,Balıkesir Type of contract: Permanent **As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities;** + Ensure full compliance and zero defect at co-manufacturers via: + Ensuring food safety in our co-manufacturer by leading FSMS (Food Safety Management System) requirements implementation and validating with annnual FSMS audits + Management of quality related Key Performance Indicators's of responsible co-manufacturer + SAP Release + Annual GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) audits and p-tests of site + Follow up consumer complaints & leading improvement studies for quality issues and consumer / customer complaints + Attending sensory evaluations of Nestle products & regular sensory trainings for related team + Contributing to other quality improevement projects in co-manufacturers + Follow up co-man projects related with responsible co-manufacturers. + Follow up of I&R (Innovation & Renovation) projects via: + Attending I&R meetings for new projects + Attending trials of new launches & shelf life evaluations + Follow up of new product trial shipment results when required + Ensuring QA (Quality Assurance) to do list completion before first industrial production **Which profile are we looking for?** + University degree (Food enginering) + 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverages industry, preferably in Dairy **What are our employee community values?** Safety, quality, compliance and respect are pillars for our community existence.
