Quality Assurance Specialist
**The Job:** **Quality Assurance Specialist** As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll be part of our Service team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to: + Conduct pre-inspection of incoming products at the Incheon warehouse once a week to ensure they meet quality standards. + Visit the ESC (Exclusive Service Center) once a week to monitor and address product quality issues. + Manage and resolve all quality-related issues, including reporting to relevant domestic departments, the Asia QC team, and overseas manufacturing plant QC teams. + Collaborate with the Asia Product Team to discuss and implement product quality improvements. + Implement and maintain an early warning system to identify potential quality issues. + Review product manuals to ensure safety warnings and instructions are accurate and compliant. + Conduct inspections of the initial shipment of new products to ensure quality standards are met. + Ensure compliance with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) regulations. + Ensure packaging materials comply with Korean regulations regarding material structure and recycling. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
