Job Summary

To handle product global product specification, quality information for customer and sales.

How You Will Contribute

Customer Quality related task for Food Ingredients Business

Create or update sale specification for cellulosic plants and provided through workflow to upload to QRD/ Sales Library.Part of the SAP workflow for new generated SKUs.Update and maintain specification on QRD/Sales Library Share Point.Create and update nutritional data for cellulosic products and be a point of contact for any escalate question related to nutritional data for cellulosic products.Provide technical information, fill in customized questionnaire is any request for cellulosic products
 

Customer Quality related task for International N&H (Thailand), Rayong site

Provide technical information, fill in customized questionnaire.Provided input/comments on customer specification review request.Update standard quality statement and coordinate to related function to create customized statement as required.Coordinate and provide related quality documents for new products.Coordinate and provide related quality documents for new products registration with Thai FDA and destination FDA.Coordinate customer special request with related functions.

Toller of International N&H (Thailand) related task.

Coordinate with toller when quality information is required. Coordinate with toller when halal renewal required: coordinate payment with finance on a timely manner. Coordinate with logistic team to ensure correct secondary label format is used before shipment.
 

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Minimum Associate’s Degree with Bachelor of Science Degree preferred in food science, chemistry, engineering, Microbiology or equivalent combination of education and experience;Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality technical information.Strong oral and written English communication skills.   Ability to effectively communicate at various levels of the organization, with demonstrated attitude of respect towards others;Strong interpersonal skills to enhance team performance. Capability to work well with Multi-Cultural Organization Reasonable Microsoft Office skills, SAP ERP (QM) module, data analysis and reporting Strong understanding on data handling and focus on accuracy and quality Project management skill and Basic Leadership skills Demonstrate during Quality administration function though engagement in team meetings, owner small scale projects and participating in larger projects.Key Competencies for success in this role include a high degree of accuracy, analytical thinking, consistency, attention to detail and persistence.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including through influence and mentorship of other team members on their deliverables.Strong internal network within various relevant functions within IFF
