**Description**
The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures accurate, efficient document processing for iLIFE programs. This position is responsible for a review and audit of high-volume information in various operational areas. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Audit Knowledge Lake program against FMS to ensure timesheets have been uploaded and processed in a timely manner.
+ Audit HR/Garnishment paperwork to ensure paperwork has been processed accurately.
+ Responsible for auditing various operational areas to include but not limited to: HR paperwork, time reports, mileage logs and vendor paperwork.
+ Review Customer Service Queue to ensure team members are taking calls and transferring calls to other departments when necessary.
+ Provides audit feedback regarding the errors, patterns and trends to management.

+ Provide courteous and professional service in answering telephone inquiries.
+ Practice and promote safety in the work place.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required with an Associate’s Degree preferred. Two years of experience in a related field. Demonstrated flexibility in dealing with change and continuous efforts to improve processes. Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with team members, clients and the public. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and perform work with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to effectively utilize and/or learn both PC based and mini-computer software. Ability to coordinate work to meet deadlines. Knowledge of relevant bookkeeping/accounting principles. Ability to prioritize duties and function effectively in a multi-task environment. Ability to operate under and explain agency and departmental procedures and guidelines.
The work environment can be busy and noisy. This is a high traffic department; there are many frequent interruptions and people seeking assistance in a wide variety of functions. Includes working in a normal office environment with frequent sitting as well as walking around office area. Use of office equipment such as copier, fax, phone, computer, etc.
