Minimum University graduate in Food Science & Technology/Dairy Technology + Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance **Position Summary** Responsible to implement & sustain Nestlé Quality & Food Safety Management System in Agri Service. Provide guidance to Milk collection staff in their specific areas of expertise (Food safety, HACCP, Quality Pyramid, auditing, hygiene & pest control, Good lab practices chemical contaminants, microbiological food safety, foreign body prevention and detection, NGMP visual standards, hygienic engineering). **A day in the life of...** + System design: Communicate, fully implement and enforce Nestlé Quality & Food Safety Management System requirements in the milk collection zone. + Technical assistance: Assist all the departments in the entire milk collection zone and provide them with services necessary to ensure quality & food safety in the zone. + Quality auditing and verification: Ensure that a quality system is in place, is efficient and delivers expected results for the zone. + Trainings & Supplier Development: Interact, provide class room trainings & practical demonstration to milk suppliers of all categories on fresh milk handling as per Nestlé Quality Standards. Assist & provides customized solutions to sustain & improve milk quality. + Root Cause analysis and action plan: Monitor quality performance in the respective milk collection zone, identify opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defect. Lead the zone level management review of quality process. + Issues, Incidents & Crises Management: Assists in management of product-related issues, incidents& crises with impact on milk collection zone. Lead the follow-up of crises/major quality failures. + Quality strategy: Responsible for the development and implementation of the quality/food safety strategy & operational master plan throughout the respective milk collection zone. Monitors its enforcement by achieving the relevant KPIs. + Laboratories Performance Management: Ensure implementation of Good Lab Practices to assure method compliance, active monitoring & reliability of results. **What will make you successful** + Must be an accomplished Team Member and have appropriate expertise and understanding of the Quality Norms in Dairy Sector Supply Chain in Pakistan. + Factory and market level positions Exposure + Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams
