Quality Assurance Specialist (Manufacturing)
**Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee and lead the site’s Quality Control activities and ensure production products and processes meet customer requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with the manufacturing team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve best-in-class execution, ensuring on-time delivery and maximizing customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work closely with the Product Quality Engineer to meet quality standards. + Provide guidance on quality requirements, customer specifications, and industry standards (IPC/IATF), and conduct audits. + Address any production or product-related quality issues, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and quality standards. + Train operators on quality requirements and support the manufacturing team in meeting product quality standards. + Perform Out-of-Box audits and support equipment calibration processes. + Collaborate with the global QA team to ensure consistency in quality practices. + Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures throughout the production process. + Document quality issues and corrective actions taken. + Educate the production team on quality control procedures and work with department managers to improve product quality and safety. + Assist with creating and maintaining process checklists, coordinating quality inspections, and tracking quality metrics. + Provide general quality support for manufacturing and process-related issues on the floor. **Qualifications:** + Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards. + Experience working with production teams in a manufacturing environment. + Familiarity with IPC, IATF, and quality audit procedures. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Ability to train and guide operators to ensure quality standards are met. **Why Join Us:** + Competitive salary between $72K and $77K annually. + Opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and world-class customer satisfaction. + Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on quality and excellence.
