Job Purpose or Objective(s): As Chili’s Quality Assurance, you will ensure Guests receive the highest quality food and dining experience; make sure orders are prepared and garnished, and then delivered to the Guest at the appropriate hot or cold temperature. You will ensure Guests are served promptly. You will report to the Chili's Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager.
Payrate: $12.50 per hour | Hourly, Part Time | Schedule and Hours: 4-5 days per week with 2-3 days off per week with schedule dependent upon business. demand. | Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. | Weekly Wage Access is an option for this position. |
Primary Tasks:
1. You will inspect food orders to ensure orders are prepared to Company standards and specifications, including garnishing food with appropriate accompanying items.
2. Have proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests, inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer any questions.
3. Communicate with the Kitchen (BOH), Servers (FOH), Managers, and other employees regarding cook times, potential problems, and other issues.
4. Keep prepared food flowing out of the kitchen.
5. You will read tickets correctly to ensure that all orders are complete.
6. Clean and sanitize throughout the shifts.
7. Complete assigned tasks to rotate and stock products and set up pass-through station. Break down and clean pass-through station thoroughly every day.
9. Prioritize and make quick decisions to ensure all guests are served quality food made to specifications within appropriate timelines.
10. Perform shift change and opening or closing responsibilities.
11. Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures.
12. Assist other Team Members when needed.
13. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Stands/walks 100% of shift
· Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently
· Able to hold items with hands (knives, pans) for extended periods of time, with up to 5lbs of weight
· Use hands 90% of shift
· Ability to verbalize and respond Team Members and Managers
· Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
· Prior Full Service Casual Dining experience
