Job Description

General Purpose:  Ensures products and services meet client, stakeholder and contractual expectations, by monitoring order processes/SOPs to enhance operations, ensure reliability of work product, and minimize  errors.

 Responsibilities and Duties

Implementation of quality assurance proceduresOrder inspection and review of workflowContract reviewpricingprocessaccuracyreports weekly on results identify and log work errors with resolution or action items for correctionEvaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and share actionable process suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and writing skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsPrior Telecom background required, minimum 2 yearsconversant in multi-product/solution based businessGlobal connectivity, DIA, MPLS, WirelessHosted PBXSDWAN, Firewall and SASEDigital PRI and SIP VOIP solutions
