We need a person with the title of Quality Supervisor in the knowledgeable service center. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of service provided to customers to ensure that it meets the standards set by the organization. Also, you help create a great customer experience by designing quality assurance methods. You must be able to multitask and prepare regular reports of activities.
Responsibilities
* Design and improve processes to create a seamless and exceptional experience for customers
* Handle comments and Customer complaints and transferring their voices to the organization
* Creating and updating quality management processes based on global standards (such as Prince2 and TQM)
* Determining and implementing quality assurance policies for continuous service improvement
* Analysis problems and providing solutions to solve them * Reviewing performance and providing feedback to stakeholders
* Determining performance indicators (KPI) and monitoring their fulfillment
* Managing and empowering team members
* Planning and prioritizing team tasks
Skills and requirements
* Thorough knowledge of quality management standards (such as Prince2 and TQM)
* Mastery of customer service center concepts
* Practical experience in root cause analysis (RCA)
* At least 2 years of experience in control and assurance Quality
* Work experience in customer service center
