As the Quality Supervisor you will be responsible to lead the QA Associates to ensure the production of high-quality products at the lowest cost, while meeting the demands of our customers. **Job Related Responsibilities** + Select, supervise, and develop Quality Assurance personnel responsible for plantwide operations + Ensure accuracy and efficiency of all quality aspects of production and micro testing in thermal production facility + Monitor and enforce proper sanitation and housekeeping procedures + Monitor all Company, Federal and State communications/audits and implement any necessary changes + Establishes operational procedures in co-operation with Quality Assurance Manager + Ensure safety of all personnel within the department + Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures + Ensure all department equipment is maintained up to company standards. + Ensure department is in compliance with all federal and state regulations along with company policy/procedure. + Utilize Operational Excellence tools to deliver productivity improvements + Conduct scheduled meetings (department, safety) - Develop workforce through supervision, coaching, and training. + Ensure all plans and strategies are effectively communicated throughout the department. + Review, alter, and approve all departmental scheduling issues. + Manage customer service and personnel issues **Job Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED Required, Bachelor's Degree in technical or engineering preferred + 1 year in supervisory roles of people & processes + 3 years production/manufacturing experience, preferably in the food and/or beverage industry. + Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds required. + Basic computer and database application skills. + Familiarity with manufacturing systems. + Working knowledge of food safety + Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices + Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices **Preferred Requirements** + ISO (22000, 9000, 14001, etc.) or other management system + Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma + HACCP + PCQI + Better Process Control School (BPCS) Pay Range:$100,000 - $124,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
