Your Key Responsibilities

To facilitate reviewing of the Control Plans‘ adherence and actions based on the Product Auding of various lines, Tracking the closure of the open issues till systemic closures.

Inspection of Injection molding new development parts

Facilitating in closing and regular monitoring of the OEM / Tier 1 customer Audits

Ensuring the addressal of the Lessons Learnt database

Yoko ten update to other Schaeffler sites

updating of the Past Trouble Databases pertaining to all the segments

Enforce the better adherence to 4M Change Management on the shop floor Your Qualifications

Diploma / BE with minimum 8-10 years of experience in a company of repute in Processes like Plastic Injection molding / machining / Assembly lines.

Experience in dealing with customers. Ability to interact with customers, understand the specific requirements. Expertise in part inspections, Usage of measurement instruments and gauge planning Enforce the improvement actions & follow ups.
