Your Key Responsibilities Responsible for daily inward inspection to meet daily production requirements.  Responsible for Attend daily line rejection review meeting, analyse supplier related quality issues and communicate to respective suppliers and ensure on time closer of action points/ 8D. Responsible for Coordinating and support with CFT for day to day problem solving Responsible for Premilinary analysis for Daily Rejection Analaysis and Corrective action Responsible for Quarantine the supplier defective parts and ensure proper accountability and timely disposal actions with effective communication to CFT as well as suppliers. Responsible for analysing the customer return parts due to supplier related quality issues ( 0-Km) and ensure S8D timely and co- ordinate with customer Quality representative. Prepare monthly Supplier performance report / PPM report and shared with concern. Ensure official clear communications to suppliers for their reported claims and follow up for the S8D report and to discuss with reporting manager for the action plan status. ( reporting freq. alternate week) Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control Responsible for Coordinating and support for Quality Improvement Projects Your Qualifications

à Experince DME with 2 to 5 years.

àKnowledage of core tool . (8D,Control Plan ,PFMEA ,SPC,QC Tools).

Plan for daily inward inspection to meet daily production requirements. GRN Closing and monitoring. Internal claim handling and supplier communication. Ensure there is no production line stoppage because of supplier parts problems.
