Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (3rd shift) Starting Pay: $21.50/hour Additional Benefits: · Paid Time Off · Life Insurance · Dental Insurance · Health Insurance · Vision Insurance · Referral Program · Tuition Reimbursement · 401(K) with company match · Professional Development Assistance Ideal Candidate will have: · Two (2) years of manufacturing experience. · Knowledge of algebra, geometry, and statistics. · Ability and desire to learn and apply quality techniques. · Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. · Excellent organization and analytical skills. Detail oriented, and good interpersonal and communication skills required. · Ability to use quality assurance tools and equipment, including a calculator, hand and band saws, height gauge, drop tester, calipers, scale, ultrasound thickness gauge, and common office equipment. Ability to use compute rand applicable software, including quality assurance and SPC programs is required. Job Duties: + Upholds our high stand of quality by inspecting, documenting, and reporting nonconforming product and processes. Common duties for this role include: + Provides information and technical advice to the production team regarding potential issues and assists in corrective action. + Complies with all OSHA and Centro safety requirements, including hazard communication standards and material safety data sheets.
