Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Software Tester to be an integral part of a dynamic technology team, contributing to both large-scale projects and daily operations. This role demands hands-on testing expertise and a proactive approach to evolving our processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to identify testing priorities and execute effective test plans, along with exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with users and understand system issues.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to ensure optimal system performance. Perform various types of application testing, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing. Prioritize testing tasks based on project goals and risks, ensuring timely completion of testing milestones. Estimate testing costs and resources and provide updates to stakeholders. Analyze test results to identify and resolve defects, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability problems. Review project documentation and technical specifications to understand intended functionality.

Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in testing best practices and methodologies, including manual testing processes. Working experience with Jira and TestRail. Understanding of the software development life cycle and various test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, and Systems). Proven ability to effectively communicate technical and business requirements, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, or relevant experience.
