What We Offer: Pay of $21.75 Third Shift | 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry Leadership experience is a plus Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision Willingness to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with internal auditing in TS-16949 is a plus Strong communication skills across all levels of personnel Familiarity with AIAG core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA) is an asset Ability to stand for the entire shift What You’ll Do as a Quality Auditor: Conduct process audits to ensure control plan compliance Perform first-off audits to verify production readiness Inspect received materials to confirm they meet specifications Identify and contain non-conforming products/materials Assist in developing and updating work instructions in line with quality standards Maintain controlled documents within the quality department Support quality engineers as needed Create and distribute quality alerts Oversee sorting activities and ensure proper supervision Participate in APQP meetings to resolve open quality issues Engage in continuous improvement programs to meet performance goals Adhere to ISO/TS 16949 and company quality procedures Perform other duties as assigned
