JOB TITLE:     Quality Auditor (Purchasing) LOCATION:   SPI Santiago (Onsite)   RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    Take samples of incoming materials, considering the assigned sample size for the material. Cut the samples according to the procedure. Assist in the process of reading materials by using the spectrophotometer. Inspect materials on the audit table (Leather, Vinyl, and any other materials that are decided to be added). Actively participate in random material audits in the warehouse. Perform the verification process of wool weight according to CAFTA standards for Wool. Properly store records of material samples. Provide support in the production of Swatch books. Manage AS400 and warehouse locations. Collaborate with the Product Quality Engineer on any projects that arise. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:  Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.   Required:   Able to read and write Able to work overtime Ability to use the meter   Preferred:   High school graduated Experience working on quality
