How you will make an impact
As our new Site Business Partner, you’ll become an integral part of the Business Quality Management (BQM) team of seven colleagues. We’re the bridge between supply chain operations and the quality department at our Global Headquarters, ensuring alignment for success. You’ll play a key role in solving food safety and quality challenges, maintaining high standards across operations, and supporting strategic quality projects.

 

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for:

Quality and Food Safety Leadership: Guide site quality teams and create innovative solutions to food safety and quality challenges. RCA/CAPA Consultation: Offer expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes. Process Implementation: Help implement global processes and systems for Quality Management and Food Safety. Strategic Quality Projects: Lead initiatives in areas with resource or competency gaps. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring continuous improvement through feedback.

 

In this role, you can look forward to 10–15 days of travel per year.

 

What will make you successful

Holding a master’s degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Quality Management, or Dairy Engineering, you bring expertise to the table. You have experience in quality, food safety, or food production, which enhances your professional profile. You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and you are self-motivated with the capacity to informally lead teams. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are among your strengths. You also possess a passion for product quality, food safety, and sustainability.

 

Additionally, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
