Quality Compliance Audit Manager

Role Purpose:
Manage a team of Internal Quality Auditors. Plan, schedule, and conduct Quality Management System Audits. Review and prepare audit checklists as applicable. Check and Review Audit Report and Non-conformity Report. Lead Root Cause Analysis and Investigations for quality issues and ensure appropriate corrective is taken. Lead / drive analysis of audit findings for identifying leading or lagging trends to identify improvement opportunities. Develop training modules and conduct trainings. Lead/drive continuous improvement programs.
Develop Annual Audit Calendar per established Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Monitor the audit cycle programme to ensure it remains effective and up to date. Manage a team of Internal Quality Auditors and assign Qualified auditors and ensure effectiveness of audit process. Be accountable for planning, scheduling and conducting periodic QMS audits to verify the compliance and identify the areas of improvement in existing processes. Review / update existing checklist or create new audit checklist as applicable. Conduct opening meeting and closing meeting with auditee team. Report to Head of Quality & Excellence on the outcome of the audits and recommend appropriate changes as applicable. Review / produce audit summary and audit reports for each audit undertaken. Review / prepare Non-conformity Report and ensuring all non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the respective parties. Be accountable for the closure and follow-up of NCRs. Ensure the follow up audit are conducted for verifying the effectiveness of the Corrective Action as applicable. Conduct trend analysis of audit findings to address deficiencies and identify appropriate corrective actions. Lead and drive continuous knowledge programs for QMS requirements, procedures, recommended best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards. Compile a report for the management review meetings with respect to ISO certification and performance of established QMS. Identify areas requiring training and ensure gaps are completely filled within given time frame. Develop training modules and conduct trainings for awareness on established QMS. Develop and update Quality standards and procedures.
Experience, Knowledge and Skill:
12+ years’ proven experience in auditing including 6+ years in a reputed Engineering and Construction organization. Extensive knowledge and skills in conducting Audits, Root Cause Analysis and Investigation. Strong Experience in establishing and reviewing QMS processes, procedures and guidelines. Experience in leading implementation of continuous improvement projects. Experience in developing training modules and conduct trainings. In-depth knowledge of ISO Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Organized, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks. Demonstrated skills in management and leading a team of auditors. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, facilitation, mediation, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 Six Sigma certification is preferable ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification is a plus Certified Quality Manager or Engineer certification is a plus
