Hiring Salary: $87,360 - $97,760 salary rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data).

The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, however, various hours may be required based on business demand.
As a Quality Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including:
The Quality Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and reliability programs within the organization, ensuring that all operations adhere to established / developed standards, industry regulations, and internal policies, by conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, quality and reliability across the portfolio. Will require development of strategies that help create processes and programs with the ability to sustain low operating costs and improve asset uptime, efficiency, and reliability. You will not only perform evaluations, but also train teams to identify and eliminate waste, reduce operating and maintenance costs, and increase uptime. This position will require traveling to all sites in the portfolio at a minimum of once per quarter and as needed for site support or audit preparations.
**Compliance Oversight:**
+ Monitor and interpret applicable regulations and industry standards to identify potential compliance risks.
+ Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
+ Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with established procedures and identify areas for improvement.
+ SOP support, development and training
+ Ensuring Federal, State and Local Regulatory Compliance
+ Review and auditing of Work Order Management Processes
+ Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for quality, compliance, reliability opportunities, concerns and issues across the portfolio
+ Creation and monitoring of internal quality metrics
+ Investigate and address non-compliance issues, including deviations, complaints, and CAPAs (Corrective Action Preventive Action).
+ Oversee and manage the delivery of associated activities ensuring that enhanced focus is given to the quality of the service provided, in accordance with the associated timelines, KPI’s and customer expectations. Track and report on delivery and take action when performance falls short of expectations.
+ Develop relationships with assigned customers and maintain a knowledge of their requirements in order to deliver on commitments. Closely monitor any issues and endeavor to resolve these before they escalate. In doing so, attend teleconference and meetings (as required) to ensure a high level of customer service.
+ Liaise with Quality Compliance, Auditors and the Reliability Planner Analyst to ensure that activities are being performed in accordance with scheduled timelines and that data is accurately recorded to continuously monitor performance and output.
+ Ensure all information and documentation is completed and maintained to a high standard according to the SOP and constantly in an audit / inspection ready state.
+ Ensure all customer contact, oral and written, is carried out professionally in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with each customer.
+ Manage the implementation of customer specific processes as and when required
+ Participate in Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key customers as necessary which may involve preparing and delivering presentations.
+ Receive and follow through on all customer queries received, ensuring a response is supplied in a timely manner
+ Review and approve processes, documentation, and quality control procedures to ensure service quality.
+ Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Prepare for and manage regulatory agency inspections, including responding to audit findings.
+ Stay informed about regulatory changes and update company practices accordingly.
+ Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and compliance requirements.
+ Communicate compliance updates and critical information to relevant stakeholders across the organization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality concerns
**Reliability Oversight:**
+ Develop and maintain the reliability program across the portfolio
+ Ensure all PdM program documentation and reports for review with the Program Manager and Client
+ Ensure all Facilities Asset Condition Assessments are completed by site personnel in the established time frame, prepare presentations and present to the client along with site reliability teams
+ Review predictive maintenance routes for all sites to ensure programs continue to evolve and expand at each site - that will include Electrical IR, Mechanical IR, Ultrasonic Lubrication, Ultrasonic Leak Detection, Machinery Lubrication Analysis and Vibration
+ Assist in PM Optimization with the sites Facilities Reliability Planning Analyst to ensure all sites are continuously improving our service
+ Perform wrench time analysis for optimal PM time intervals, tracking and providing optimize solutions for PM completion
+ Developing and monitoring failure mode effects analysis (FEMA) programs as each site
+ Ensure site reliability teams are reviewing the installation process and assesses the reliability of the newly installed assets.
+ Ensure teams are measuring and optimizing system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.
+ Ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety systems.
+ Provide input to a risk management plan that will anticipate reliability-related risks that could adversely impact sites operations.
+ Identifying potential project problems or opportunities and analyzing the issues, using all appropriate resources, to develop the optimum approach to mitigating and/or exploiting problems.
+ Identifying opportunities, performing root cause analysis, and developing reliability standards associated with proprietary machine tools and testing.
+ Reviewing and following through to completion all Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for improved reliability of key assets and value.
+ Leading overall completion of Root Cause and Corrective Actions and Reviewing with our client
+ Supporting Reliability teams with the creation of critical spares generation and share responsibility for ongoing spare parts management program that meets the sites operational needs.
+ Leading weekly continuous improvement activities and communicate wins and barriers to client and Amentum management.
+ Developing and standardizing planning for shutdowns and turnarounds across the portfolio.
+ Developing predictive maintenance strategies and training tools for site reliability teams
+ Supporting various special projects, asset management, troubleshooting, and metric and performance measurement development.
+ Managing the use and implementation of Real Wear headsets at the site for optimal reliability training for all maintenance technicians

+ Excellent interpersonal skills, i.e., listening to customer needs, articulating path forward and giving solutions that provide value to the customer, etc.
+ Accurately document electronic and paper cataloging system to provide information to customer or regulatory personnel.
+ Strive for quick complaint resolution; to resolve problems on the first call and avoid escalation of issues through operational knowledge.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, regulatory compliance, business, or related field or equivalent demonstrated experience in lieu of degree.
+ 2 years of experience in one of the following; engineering, compliance, GxP, and maintenance projects involving planning/scheduling, or a related field.
+ Experience with a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as MAXIMO, EAMS, or other database systems.
+ Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and be able to successfully complete a fit test for several types of respirators.
+ Ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.
+ Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen. Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.
+ Ability to obtain an appropriate driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, as requested.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

+ Technical degree preferred.

+ ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer
+ FMP – Facility Mgmt Professional
+ LEED AP
+ CPE – Certified Plant Engineer
+ CPMM- Certified Plant Maintenance Mgr
+ SFP – Sustainability Facility Professional
+ ISO 9001 QMS experience or auditor qualifications
+ Understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, GxP)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
+ Proven experience in quality auditing and risk assessment methodologies
+ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and measure quality performance
+ Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of quality professionals
+ Prior experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food manufacturing)
+ Knowledge of quality management systems and documentation practices
+ Experience in conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions
+ Knowledgeable in best-in-class maintenance practices and predictive maintenance activities.
+ Demonstrated performance as a Reliability Engineer on previous industrial/manufacturing projects in the Facility/Process Maintenance Management Industry.
+ Demonstrated technical background of operations in an industrial/manufacturing/research facilities environment, including experience related to production equipment projects.
+ Ability to focus on customer relations and client partnering.
+ Certifications in Level I Ultrasound, Vibration, IR, or Oil/Lubrication.
+ Experience working in a GxP or similar regulated environment such as hospitals, biomedical or pharmaceutical campuses.
+ Experience working with heavy industrial or manufacturing plant steam systems, centrifugal chillers, air handling units, turbines, boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, pneumatic controls, and building automation control systems.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
