Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Position Summary
Performs chart audits on selected cases for Quality Improvement and Medical Staff review. Monitors trends and participate in the determination of need for further assessment and improvement. Facilitates improvement teams. Assists with Utilization Review as appropriate. Assists with policy development and review. Provides Case Management clinical coordination for identified population upon request.About our Health System
