Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Monday from 07:30am to 04:30pm)Perform inspections using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and pi-tapesCoordinate with machining staff to provide “first article” inspectionsAccurately complete quality documentation, including inspection reports and material certificationsUpon completion of the inspection, notify packaging that the customer order is ready to be packagedQuality Control Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Must have a minimum of 6 months of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of measuring equipment and gauges Ability to read and understand component drawings and specifications, including feature call-outs and tolerances Ability to follow written instructions with attention to detail Basic computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, etc. Basic Math & Geometry/Trigonometry required Must be able to speak up and identify problems that require attentionApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
