We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst (Danish Speaking) to join a growing team in the customer service department of a dynamic and innovative company. This role is crucial in ensuring consistent service quality, evaluating processes, and improving the skills of customer service agents to enhance overall customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor communication across various channels (customer service, sales, inbound support). Evaluate agent performance and provide feedback for improvement. Participate in quality control projects and deliver assigned tasks. Analyze data and report insights to relevant teams. Coach agents on handling complaints and difficult cases.

 

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in customer support. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong command of English and Danish. Analytical mindset with great attention to detail. Experience in the gaming industry or quality control is a plus.
