Quality Control Analyst II (Quality Assurance)
Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Analyst II, you will perform routine procedures and sample collections as well as analytical, stability and/or performance testing to monitor adherence to QC specifications and good laboratory and manufacturing practices.
Your specific duties as a Quality Control Analyst II will include:
Working with outside contract laboratories, submitting samples, and reviewing resultsPerforming routine QC testing / data analysis to meet production schedule timelinesWorking overtime as needed to meet production schedule timelinesSubmitting accurate Results Recording data to support the QC Trend programSupporting core team projects and deliverablesAssisting with QC investigations per written and verbal instructionsPerforming and documenting laboratory and equipment maintenance per written protocolsTraining new employees and co-workers as requiredInitiating and editing documents in a document-management system such as QPulseManaging inventory through simple Great Plains transactionsQuality Control Analyst II (Quality Assurance)

Specific qualifications for the Quality Control Analyst II position include:
BA or BS degree in biological science (preferred) or chemistry1-3 years related experience in a laboratory quality environmentExperience in PCR technology and techniques and serological testing techniquesWorking knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), QSR, GMP/GLP requirementsIntermediate computer skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, preferredInvestigations/OOS Reporting experienceExperience with QSR, GMP /GLP or ISO13485, a plusQuality Control Analyst II (Quality Assurance)
