Role and ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute internal QMS and/or product-focused audits to assess the compliance and effectiveness of the overall QMS process.Lead company efforts in recertification of our ISO 9001:2015 systemMaintain all QMS scorecard metrics to track our productivity efficienciesPrepare reports on rejected or defective products.Responsible for the Return to Vendor process.Utilize 80/20 tools to implement continuous improvement objectives.Develop Strategies incorporating lean practices to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.Review responses to audit findings for completeness and effectiveness.Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms.Prepares complex quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.Proven ability to take independent action to initiate process improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Thorough understanding of process improvement techniques and the application of the techniques.

Strong leadership/motivational skills.

Understanding of Kaizen tools (value stream, fishbone diagrams)
